The place is clean and has a terrific atmosphere, enhanced by the friendly and welcoming staff. the double room features wi-fi and a queen size bed, offering a cozy stay. the Japanese decoration in the rooms adds a charming touch, and the location is simply marvelous. it provides a very comfortable experience.

Rich and very very good breakfast with good choice of options to choose from. Retro room, quiet with big size bathrooms. Location just off the restaurant, and all major attractions such as the bamboo forests, temple, and the main street.

The place was fairly clean and staff was very helpful and attentive. Really enjoyed the family room with fairly clean bathroom, and good location next to the station. Location: the hotel was close enough to suburbs. Arashiyama district was worth visiting🙂

The venue met all our expectations, and I can confidently recommend it. We had a wonderfully enjoyable 3-star experience here. the staff were friendly and attentive from start to finish. Our room was beautifully themed with tatami mats and included a comfortable queen size bed. the restaurant provided a very pleasant dining experience.

I had a comfortable stay during winter. the staff was friendly and consistently courteous, catering to my every need. the room was equipped with an air conditioner, a kettle, and a TV set, which I really enjoyed. the bed was nice, and the bidet worked well. the location by the riverside next to the station was also a plus.

The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious, the room with breakfast was enjoyable and the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, all in an ideal location near Oi River.

It is situated near the Hozu River and within easy access to major shrines and attractions in Kyoto. - Additionally, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The fireworks by the river were amazing, and the free champagne offered was a nice touch during the New Year celebration. the location was perfect, near all the action without the noise. the hotel's view of the city's skyline was beautiful at night.

The smell of cigarettes in the room was overwhelming, despite requesting a non-smoking room. the bathroom had outdated fixtures and was not as clean as we expected.
